The passionate and dedicated team is led by Chef Miguel Cornejo, born in Mexico City. With 20 years of experience in Canada, working in the best restaurants around the country, his cuisine is inspired in Mexican flavours and applying only the best cooking techniques. The team brought Moose and Poncho recognition by Avenue magazine as the best Mexican restaurant 2020 and one of the best new restaurants in 2020.
By keeping the food ethnic and standards high, with everything made from scratch, focusing on local, organic, free-range pork and gluten free products, the highest quality and care is put in every dish.
